Product Manager FEC Transaction Monitoring

Heb jij diepgaande expertise in het FEC-domein (Financial Economic Crime) en weet jij als geen ander hoe je complexe compliance-wetgeving vertaalt naar werkbare processen en IT-oplossingen? Wij zijn op zoek naar een ervaren Product Manager die een sleutelrol speelt in het optimaliseren en implementeren van het Transaction Monitoring Alert Handling-proces.

Je fungeert als de brug tussen beleid, operatie en IT en zorgt ervoor dat regelgeving effectief wordt vertaald naar functionele oplossingen die écht werken in de praktijk.

Wat ga je doen?

• Vertalen van FEC-beleid en wet- en regelgeving naar heldere functionele requirements voor het workflow systeem (Pega).
• Analyseren en verbeteren van end-to-end processen binnen Transaction Monitoring.
• Organiseren van workshops en interviews met stakeholders om prioriteiten scherp te krijgen.
• Opstellen van user stories, use cases en acceptatiecriteria met focus op compliance én werkbaarheid.
• Uitvoeren van user acceptance tests, geven van demo’s en begeleiden van implementaties.
• Toetsen of oplossingen voldoen aan zowel businessbehoeften als regelgeving, inclusief ophalen van gebruikersfeedback.
• Prioriteren op basis van risico, compliance-urgentie en businesswaarde.
• Zorgen voor continue afstemming met risk appetite en compliance standaarden.

Wat breng jij mee?

• Een afgeronde hbo- of wo-opleiding in bijvoorbeeld Procesmanagement, Technische Bedrijfskunde of IT.
• Minimaal 5 jaar ervaring als Business Analyst of Product Manager in het FEC Transaction Monitoring domein.
• Je weet compliance beleid moeiteloos te vertalen naar proces- en systeeminrichting.
• Ervaring met workflowsystemen (bij voorkeur Pega).
• Sterke communicatieve skills, analytisch vermogen en stakeholdermanagement.
• Je werkt gestructureerd, proactief en voelt je thuis in multidisciplinaire teams.
• Bekend met Agile werken en Lean-methodieken.
• Sterke communicatieve vaardigheden in Engels.

Wat mag je verwachten?

• Salaris tussen €5.115 en €7.300 o.b.v. 36 uur per week, afhankelijk van kennis en ervaring.
• Hybride werken: deels op locatie in Utrecht, deels vanuit huis.

Product Manager FEC Transaction Monitoring

Do you have deep expertise in the Financial Economic Crime (FEC) domain and know exactly how to translate complex compliance regulations into practical processes and IT solutions? We’re looking for an experienced Product Manager who will play a key role in optimizing and implementing the Transaction Monitoring Alert Handling process.

You act as the bridge between policy, operations, and IT, ensuring that regulatory requirements are effectively translated into functional solutions that truly work in practice.

What will you do?

• Translate FEC-related policies and regulatory requirements into clear functional requirements for the workflow system (Pega).
• Analyze and improve end-to-end processes within the Transaction Monitoring domain.
• Facilitate workshops and stakeholder interviews to gather input and align priorities.
• Write user stories, use cases, and acceptance criteria with a strong focus on compliance and practical implementation.
• Conduct user acceptance testing, give demos, and support successful implementation.
• Validate whether delivered solutions meet both business needs and regulatory standards, and collect user feedback.
• Prioritize features based on risk, compliance urgency, and business value.
• Ensure ongoing alignment with risk appetite and compliance standards.

What do you bring?

• A completed Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Process Management, Industrial Engineering, IT, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst or Product Manager in the FEC Transaction Monitoring domain.
• A proven ability to translate compliance policies into practical system and process design.
• Experience with workflow systems (preferably Pega).
• Strong communication skills, analytical mindset, and stakeholder management experience.
• You work in a structured, proactive way and thrive in multidisciplinary teams.
• Familiarity with Agile ways of working and Lean methodologies.
• Strong command of the English language, both spoken and written.
