Agile Coach

Start: ASAP
Duration: Until end of 2025 (extension possible, max 2 years for ZZP)
Location: Limburg (Hybrid - min. 2 days/week onsite)

We're looking for a seasoned Agile Coach to lead an enterprise-wide Agile transformation. You'll work closely with senior leadership, mentor Agile roles, and drive Agile maturity across teams. If you're passionate about coaching, transformation, and delivering real impact-this is your stage.

What you'll do:

• Coach leadership & teams on Agile mindset and frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe)
• Lead workshops, bootcamps, and retrospectives
• Deliver Agile maturity assessments and quick-win improvements
• Build a tailored Agile playbook and handover plan

You bring:

• Proven experience in enterprise Agile coaching
• Strong facilitation and stakeholder engagement skills
• Flexibility, structure, and a results-driven mindset
