Location / work model:

• Warszawa (hybrid work model - 2x a week / work from office)

Salary:

• Up to 13.000 PLN gross / month / UoP
• Up to 900 PLN nett + VAT / day / B2B contract

About the project / role:

We are looking for a Business Analyst with strong data analysis and system integration experience. You will work gather, document, and validate business and technical requirements. Your role will be crucial in ensuring high-quality delivery of integrated solutions across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with SME and Stakeholders to gather and clarify requirements
• Analyze and document functional and non-functional requirements
• Validate requirements with IT Architects and ensure alignment with enterprise architecture
• Break down epics into features, user stories, and acceptance criteria
• Support test case validation and bug triage processes
• Contribute to configuration and change management processes

Expectations:

• Proven experience in business analysis and data analysis
• Strong skills in business modeling and conceptual thinking
• Experience with system integrations and enterprise architecture
• Familiarity with configuration management and change control
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to adapt quickly to change and work in a dynamic environment
• Advanced English skills

Nice to Have:

• Experience in large-scale transformation or integration projects
• Knowledge of BPMN/UML or similar modeling standards
