Project

We’re looking for engineers to join a cutting-edge project focused on privacy-first monetization solutions in the online advertising space. The product helps digital partners recover revenue in non-traditional environments by using intelligent content delivery strategies and compliance-based ad formats. You’ll be part of a technically strong team that optimizes for performance, scalability, and seamless user experience.

Responsibilities

• Work on cutting edge applications
• Lead development efforts, design and solve some of the advertising industry’s most complex scaling issues
• Be responsible for various project initiatives to improve the delivery of hundreds of billions of transactions per day
• Work alongside a team of engineers on an existing code base
• Play a key part in influencing the engineering and product direction
• Implement best practices for security, CI/CD, testing, and code quality
• Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and contribute to technical decision-making and innovation within the team

Requirements

• At least 6 years of experience in software development and architecture using Go
• Experience dealing with scaling highly available, globally distributed systems
• Ability to manage and measure multiple priorities
• Ability to communicate complex topics to business stakeholders
• Strong proficiency in Golang, with hands-on experience building and maintaining high-performance systems
• Expertise in Google Cloud Platform (GCP), including daily work with BigQuery, Datastore, and GCP infrastructure
• Deep understanding of containerized environments, using Docker and orchestration of container deployments.
• Solid grasp of Protobuf for data serialization and its associated tooling (Buf)
• Experience with workflow orchestration (Apache Airflow) and Infrastructure as Code (Terraform)
• Proficiency with CI/CD pipelines (CircleCI), Google Cloud Storage, and Pub/Sub messaging
• Familiarity with Twirp APIs for lightweight RPC communication
• Competence in profiling and performance tuning (Google Profiler)
• At least Upper-Intermediate level of English

Would be a plus

• Familiarity with Prebid.js and the broader AdTech ecosystem
• Knowledge of other programming languages and technologies
