Back End Developer

Core Responsibilities

• Microservices Development – Write idiomatic Go services; implement business logic; enforce auth & RBAC from JWT claims at service edge.
• Service-to-Service Communication – Use gRPC and REST; integrate with service mesh (Istio/Kong) and messaging (RabbitMQ).
• Data Access Layer – Model schemas; implement per-tenant routing or schema selection; ensure encryption practices align with platform policy.
• Performance & Resilience – Apply caching, rate controls, autoscaling, and circuit-breaker patterns; profile and tune for memory/CPU.
• DevOps Collaboration – Own build/test artifacts; write Helm values; participate in ArgoCD rollout reviews.

Required Skills

• Strong Node.js or Go (Golang) in production microservices.
• Proven experience with REST/gRPC API design and contract discipline.
• Comfort with Docker/Kubernetes, CI/CD automation, and infrastructure collaboration.
• SQL + NoSQL proficiency (PostgreSQL, MongoDB) and caching (Redis).
• Security foundations: TLS, OAuth2/JWT, secrets management, regulated env awareness.
• Candidates are required to have at least B1-level proficiency in both written and spoken English to effectively communicate with international stakeholders.

Nice-to-Have / Ramp Potential

• Exposure to Rust, Solidity, or Web3 SDKs; interest in token reward systems.
• Experience with multi-tenant SaaS, per-tenant DB automation, or Operator patterns.
