Product Manager (SaaS products)

For our Client – an international company and stable employer, we are seeking a results-driven Product Manager to lead the commercial success of the SaaS product in the Central and Eastern Europe (CEE) region. This role requires a deep understanding of data, analytics, and strong market and communication skills.

Main duties will include:

• Translate market and client insights into product requirements and Go-to-Market strategies for CEE.
• Maintain direct client contact to understand workflows, needs, and market trends.
• Prioritize product enhancements based on commercial value and competitive landscape.
• Develop and document product specifications and business strategies aligned with commercial goals.
• Serve as the primary contact for the SaaS product for clients, partners, and sales/support teams in CEE.
• Equip sales and support teams with essential product knowledge, training, and materials.
• Conduct product demonstrations at industry events and client visits.

Requirements:

• 5+ years in product management, in a commercial or B2B information/financial services environment.
• Higher education in business, accounting, finance, economics, or related fields, with a solid understanding of financial markets.
• Strong grasp of market analysis and competitive positioning.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and cross-functional collaboration skills in a global setting.
• Commercial acumen and a data-driven approach to decision-making.
• Strong organizational skills, team spirit, and a proactive "can-do" attitude.
• Fluent English and Polish.
