Mortgage Product Manager

Key responsibilities

• Define and own the strategy, roadmap, and backlog for mortgage products.
• Lead cross-functional teams to deliver digital mortgage solutions end-to-end.
• Take full ownership of product P&L, pricing, and commercial KPIs.
• Act as Scrum Lead, run agile delivery rituals, and manage team velocity.
• Ensure compliance and operational readiness, collaborating closely with legal, risk, and ops.
• Drive continuous product discovery, market research, and customer feedback analysis.

Ideal candidate profile

• Several years of experience as a Product Manager or Product Owner in banking or fintech.
• Proven track record of scaling digital lending or mortgage products.
• Strong understanding of agile methodologies and hands-on team leadership.
• Experience with product P&L, pricing strategy, and commercial performance.
• Familiarity with regulatory frameworks and mortgage product documentation.
• Fluency in English (Polish is not required).
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, zero-legacy environment.

Work Model: Hybrid (1 day/week in office preferred)
