About The Role

As a Designer, you'll drive processes and projects from discovery to delivery. The decisions you make will be powered by a profound understanding of our customers and their interests. And you'll have a sharp eye for strategy as the team — and the company — look to scale to even greater heights.

What You'll Be Doing

• Delivering creative visual assets, focusing on static and motion design, for internal communications and customer-facing channels owned by the Employer Branding team
• Conceptualising and developing content for various marketing campaigns and internal projects, ensuring alignment with brand identity
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver optimal design solutions for projects
• Gathering design references, creating mood boards, and effectively communicating ideas to stakeholders
• Taking ownership of projects from concept through completion, managing multiple deadlines
• Supporting the development of communication strategies for employer brand campaigns
  
  

What You'll Need

• 3+ years of experience as a visual, brand, and/or graphic designer
• A solid portfolio showcasing a range of design and illustration styles and techniques
• The ability to work with 3D assets created by illustrators or create compositions independently
• Impeccable attention to detail and ability to produce high-quality work
• Great conceptual thinking and communication skills
• Proficiency in design software, such as Adobe Creative Cloud apps and Figma
• Excellent time management skills and ability to meet deadlines for concurrent projects
  
  

Nice to have

• Familiarity with 3D design
• Experience with motion and animation, specifically After Effects
