AI/ML/Data Science Engineers

For our Client – the UK branch of a global consulting company - we are building an entire team of experienced AI, ML, Data Science Engineers including an Architect and a Team Lead.

The company is heavily investing in AI-driven innovation, opening new centers of excellence and building interdisciplinary project teams. The specialists in this role will have a real impact on the development of intelligent systems that support business decision-making and process automation for clients across various industries.

About the role:

The entire team team will cover the below areas:

• Designs scalable AI architectures and ensures alignment with enterprise systems, security, and performance standards.
• Oversees technical delivery across AI workstreams, ensuring quality, velocity, and alignment with architecture.
• Designs, configures, and deploys AI-powered copilots tailored to business functions such as procurement, customer service, and knowledge management.
• Develops AI agents and automation solutions for SOP conversion, backend integration, and process orchestration.
• Develops AI agents for SOP conversion, backend integration, and form generation using LLMs and orchestration frameworks.
• Focuses on building and fine-tuning GPT-based solutions for summarization, classification, and conversational AI.
• Supports AI initiatives by analyzing data, validating outputs, and contributing to model evaluation and continuous improvement.
• Leads cloud infrastructure design and deployment for AI solutions, ensuring scalability, security, and integration readiness.

You would contribute to one or more of above areas.

General Requirements:

• Minimum 4+ years of relevant experience as an AI, ML, Data Scientist (5–6 years overall preferred).
• Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail.
• Ability to work in cross-functional, international teams
• Fluent English is required (spoken and written)

Minimum 2-3 below skills are required:

• Experience with conversational AI, LLMs, and prompt engineering.
• Familiarity with Power Platform, Copilot Studio, or Azure OpenAI.
• Proficiency in Python, JSON, REST APIs.
• Experience with Camunda, AWS Lambda, or Azure Functions is a plus.
• Experience with Python, NLP, or AI development.
• Familiarity with AWS, JSON, Camunda, and API integration.
• Strong debugging and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with OpenAI, Bedrock, or similar APIs.
• Strong understanding of RAG, summarization, and semantic search.
• Proficiency in Python, SQL, and visualization tools.
• Experience with enterprise data systems (SAP, OTM, Denali) preferred.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure), APIs, and orchestration.
• Knowledge of agentic AI, RAG, and LLM integration.
• Experience with TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn.
• Familiarity with NLP, RAG, and LLMs.
• Expertise in AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Experience with serverless, containerization, and CI/CD.
• Proficiency in JavaScript/React (FE) and Python/Node.js (BE).
• Experience with Camunda, REST APIs, and JSON.
• Familiarity with cloud deployment and DevOps practices.
