What Do We Expect From You?

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science/Engineering or similar engineering disciplines,
• Experience in IT change/incident management process (ITIL v4),
• At least 5 years of experience in Microsoft infrastructure and system administration,
• Knowledge and experience of Active Directory and related services like DNS, DHCP, GPO etc.,
• Proficient on Exchange Server and Skype,
• Knowledge of Windows Client and Server operating systems,
• Knowledge and experience on Certification Authority, File Server, Remote Desktop Services, KMS,
• Hands-on experience in deploying and managing Domains, Microsoft servers and services,
• Microsoft Windows Patch Management via WSUS / SCCM,
• Knowledge and experience of File and Email Archiving solutions,
• Experience with scripting languages like Powershell for automation tasks,
• Experience on SharePoint or Microsoft Identity Manager is desired,
• Hyper-Converged infrastructure knowledge considered plus,
• Experience on desktop virtualization considered plus,
• Related certifications like MCSA, MCSE considered plus,
• Experience in Vmware and having any certifications considered plus,
• Residing/able to reside in Eskişehir is desired but applications from Ankara and Istanbul are acceptable and will be evaluated.

• Experience at management of 300+ Windows servers,
• Good written and spoken English language,
• Strong analysis, investigation and troubleshooting skill,
• Experience in Windows operating systems; configuration, implementation and administration,
• Monitor system performance and security post-upgrade.
• Automation mindset to design and create Powershell scripts according to the needs of daily operation / routine jobs.
• Design, engineer, and deploy new infrastructure solutions and enhancements to existing server, storage, and security systems.
• Design, implement, and administer Active Directory Group Policies and company security policies.
• Assess the effectiveness and efficiency of existing systems and develop strategies for improvement or further utilization,
• Establish and maintain policies and procedures,
• Experience in solving complex problems and ability to handle multiple tasks and projects simultaneously,
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal,
• Experience working with service management tool,
• Managing the day to day operational and projects tasks within the IT Infrastructure team,
• Registration and resolution of service requests, incidents and problems,
• Strong customer service orientation.
• Work with cross functional it, non-it internal teams or external providers to create, implement, and deploy business solutions as needed,
• Experience with hardening Windows systems as per Cyber Security Frameworks and best practices,
• Request, Incident, Change & Problem Management,
• Collaborate with network engineers or software developers to ensure the system runs smoothly and efficiently.
• Curious about technology and open to self-improvement,
• Have basic network and hardware knowledge,
• Experience in managing physical servers,
• Be able to manage backup processes
• Experienced in monitoring, analyzing and reporting managed systems,
