Job description
Our client will be implementing a new HR system in March 2026, and needs a ticketing system to handle incoming inquiries. They have decided to use ServiceNow's HR Service Delivery module for inquiries. Customers will contact them through Employee Center and Now Mobile.
Delivery:
Set up HR Service Delivery as a fully-fledged ticket system with Workspace, forms and Now Mobile that meets all requirements as a support tool for the new HR system.
Professional requirements:
Certified Implementation Specialist – Human Resources
Certification Application Developer/documented experience setting up HR module in Now Mobile.
Must have documented experience in setting up HR Service Delivery in ServiceNow.
Personal requirements:
Structured and systematic. Good communication and collaboration skills. Good execution skills.
