Position: Business Analyst

Reporting to: CEO Office

Location: DIFC, Dubai

Salary Range: AED 5,000 – 7,000

Our client is seeking a dynamic, detail-oriented Business Analyst who thrives on turning data into actionable insights. This role plays a critical part in the decision-making process across the organization, supporting leadership through data interpretation, reporting, and performance analysis. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator, analytical thinker, and an expert in Tableau, Excel, and data visualization.

🔍 Key Responsibilities:

📈 Data Analysis & Reporting

• Analyze data across various departments including leads, sales, cost, and performance metrics.
• Design and manage interactive dashboards using Tableau to monitor KPIs and business trends.
• Develop automated Excel-based reports and tools for use by the CEO, CFO, and regional managers.
• Produce weekly sales performance reports for all office locations.

🧾 Strategic Business Support

• Prepare presentations and performance summaries for executive reviews and board meetings.
• Collaborate with regional teams to deliver weekly performance updates and actionable insights.
• Provide ad-hoc analysis, forecasting, and strategic recommendations to the CEO and CFO.

💰 Cost Optimization & Efficiency

• Conduct cost-benefit analyses to identify opportunities for cost savings.
• Work with operations teams to recommend and implement efficiency improvements.

🧩 Cross-functional Coordination

• Act as the link between Finance, Accounting, and Business Units to ensure clear and unified reporting.
• Support alignment of financial data with business metrics and performance tracking.
• Drive consistency in KPI definitions and reporting standards across departments and regions.

✅ Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Data Science, or related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in business analysis, strategic operations, or data analytics.
• Proficiency in Tableau for dashboard creation and data visualization.
• Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables, macros, and complex formulas.
• Solid understanding of business financials and operational KPIs.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to present complex information simply.
• Proactive problem-solver with a keen eye for process improvement.
• Well-organized and able to manage multiple stakeholders and competing deadlines.
• Presentable and professional demeanor.

💼 Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in multi-location or regional reporting environments.
• Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Zoho), Google Workspace, and financial modeling.
• Prior experience working directly with C-level executives.
