Freelance Developer

A C# developer is required to build a custom real estate introduction website that will feature property listings, agent profiles, contact forms, and other standard real estate functionalities. The selected developer will work remotely and will be responsible for both back-end and front-end development using C#, ASP.NET Core, and modern web technologies. This project demands strong experience with database integration, responsive UI development, and deployment to cloud hosting services. The developer will also be expected to ensure the site is performant, secure, and scalable, with potential for future enhancements such as CMS features, SEO optimization, or mobile integration.

Requirements

• Advanced proficiency in C# and ASP.NET Core (MVC or Razor Pages)
• Front-end development skills including HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, jQuery, and Bootstrap
• Experience with Entity Framework Core for database integration
• Ability to develop and implement features such as contact forms, search filters, and image galleries
• Familiarity with deploying web applications to cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or similar)
• Understanding of cross-browser compatibility and performance optimization
• Competence in version control using Git
• Ability to write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code
• Portfolio showcasing similar full-stack projects, especially in real estate, is preferred
• Bonus skills: experience with Blazor, real estate APIs, or UI/UX design principles
