C# FullStack Developer

We are looking for a highly motivated Senior Software Developer to design and implement scalable, microservices-based applications for enterprise-level planning and scheduling systems. This role is ideal for someone who is independent, proactive, and passionate about solving complex challenges through innovative solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the development, testing, and maintenance of enterprise planning and scheduling applications.
• Analyze complex resource planning and scheduling problems, and implement effective, scalable solutions.
• Collaborate with developers, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software.
• Deploy applications to production environments and provide ongoing support and maintenance.
• Create and maintain technical documentation, including specifications, code, and user manuals.
• Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks to ensure optimal application performance.
• Explore and integrate generative AI capabilities to enhance planning and scheduling functionalities.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Operations Research, or a related field, with a focus on optimization, machine learning, or data science preferred.
• At least 6 years of experience in software development, particularly in enterprise systems.
• Proficiency in developing microservices using C# .NET and Angular.
• Strong understanding of optimization algorithms and their application in planning and scheduling.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevSecOps practices.
• Familiarity with generative AI and its use in manufacturing or planning systems.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills with strong attention to detail.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• A collaborative, proactive mindset with the ability to work across diverse teams.
