About The Role

Join the investment team of a financial services firm with a strong analytical foundation, supporting research and fund operations through dashboarding, data tracking, and reporting workflows. This role is well-suited for students in Information Systems, Business Analytics, or Computer Science who enjoy working with structured data but don’t need to build complex tools from scratch.

You’ll work with real-world financial datasets, assist in maintaining dashboards (e.g., Grafana), ensure data accuracy, and contribute to reporting routines that inform investment decisions.

3–6 month commitment (full-time or 3+ days/week), with potential for full-time conversion.

Key Responsibilities

• Update and maintain dashboards (e.g., Grafana) used by the investment team
• Run and review SQL queries for regular reports
• Ensure accuracy and consistency across datasets
• Support weekly/monthly investment performance tracking
• Assist with ad-hoc data cleaning, formatting, and reporting tasks

Requirements

• Major in Information Systems, Business Analytics, Computer Science, or a related field
• Basic proficiency in SQL (reading and modifying queries)
• Familiarity with Excel, Grafana, or other reporting tools
• Comfortable working with structured data and keen attention to details
• Reliable, proactive, and interested in how data supports investment decisions
