Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Senior Software Engineer to play a key role in ensuring the reliability, scalability, and operational excellence of our core platform. This role combines hands-on technical work with strategic influence, supporting high system availability and driving continuous improvement across our infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the stability, scalability, and observability of production systems, with a focus on proactive reliability and incident prevention.
• Design and implement scalable, fault-tolerant cloud infrastructure using modern tools and automation.
• Enhance system monitoring, alerting, and incident response processes, including root cause analysis and resilience improvements.
• Contribute to backend development (Java/Spring) to improve performance, fault tolerance, and observability.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to embed production-readiness, manage system risks, and advocate for technical improvements.

Required Skills & Experience

• 6+ years in software engineering, infrastructure, or site reliability roles, with strong experience operating mission-critical systems.
• Proficiency in Java, Spring-based backend development, and cloud infrastructure (preferably Microsoft Azure).
• Solid understanding of distributed systems, microservices, container orchestration (Kubernetes, Docker), and Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Bicep, etc.).
• Hands-on experience with monitoring and observability tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK stack, OpenTelemetry, etc.).
• Strong system integration skills and the ability to design for scalability, resilience, and high availability
