Product Designer

We are looking for an experienced Product Designer within our Technology Team at Flo. Bring your ideas—the wilder and the crazier, the better — and establish Flo as the go-to renewable electricity retailer in Singapore and Australia.

What you will be doing:

• Partner with stakeholders from Product, Engineering, and Business to lead design discovery and run collaborative workshops, aligning teams around a shared vision across multiple product lines.
• Own the end-to-end design process—from research and ideation to wireframing and prototyping—to deliver high-quality, user-centered interfaces for both internal tools and customer-facing products.
• Build strong, collaborative relationships with cross-functional partners, clearly articulating design rationale to drive informed product decisions.
• Contribute to the growth and maintenance of our design system and UX principles, ensuring consistency, scalability, and excellence across all products.
• Take initiative in improving existing workflows, simplifying complex interactions, and enhancing usability through continuous iteration.
• Advocate for users by identifying pain points and opportunities through qualitative and quantitative research, contributing actionable insights to the product roadmap.

You will be a good candidate if you:

• Have 4 - 6 years of experience as a Product Designer or UI/UX Designer, with a strong grasp of both user experience research and interface design.
• Maintain a portfolio that showcases end-to-end product thinking and an ability to translate user insights into effective design solutions.
• Are confident in owning the full design process—from discovery and ideation to prototyping, usability testing, and final handoff.
• Communicate clearly and confidently with cross-functional teams, articulating design decisions and facilitating collaboation.
• Use tools like Figma, Dovetail, Optimal Workshop, Clarity or similar proficiently, and are comfortable picking up new tools as needed.
• Regularly incorporate user feedback, research findings, and data into your design decisions to ensure continuous improvement.
• Work well in fast-paced environments and adapt to shifting priorities while maintaining attention to detail.
• Enjoy collaborating with engineers and product managers to shape requirements, explore feasibility, and implement designs as intended.
