Presently, an opportunity exists for a proficient and motivated HR Specialist.


Job Description: We are seeking a dedicated and highly skilled HR Specialist to join our team. This role is based at our headquarters in Mendrisio and will oversee HR-related functions across our international offices, including those in the USA, Italy, and Germany. The HR Specialist will be responsible for managing employee relations at the headquarters, as well as organizing and maintaining documentation for all international locations. Additionally, the role requires a strong focus on recruitment, utilizing major social media channels to attract top talent. The ideal candidate will bring a patient, organized, and problem-solving approach to his/her work and must have prior experience in a similar field.


Key Responsibilities:


1. Employee Relations

  • Act as the primary HR contact for HQ, fostering positive relationships with employees and addressing any concerns professionally and empathetically.
  • Support international offices in maintaining alignment with corporate HR policies and procedures.

2. Organizational and Document Management

  • Oversee and organize HR documentation for our offices in the USA, Italy, Germany, India and other international locations.
  • Ensure compliance with local regulations in each country, managing files and documentation accurately and confidentially.

3. Recruitment and Talent Acquisition

  • Develop and implement recruitment strategies across key social media platforms to attract qualified candidates.
  • Screen, interview, and evaluate candidates, ensuring alignment with company values and job requirements.

4. HR Administration

  • Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth, effective processes in payroll, benefits, onboarding, and training across all locations.
  • Continuously improve HR policies and procedures to meet the needs of a growing, dynamic team.


Qualifications:


  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in an HR specialist or similar role, preferably with international experience.
  • Strong organizational skills and an ability to manage documentation and data accurately.
  • Problem-solving mindset with a patient, solution-oriented approach to employee concerns.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • High level of discretion and professionalism.
  • Proficiency in English Proficiency in English and Italian; additional language skills are a plus.
