Key Responsibilities

Project Supervision: Manage day-to-day construction activities on-site

Quality Control: Ensure compliance with engineering designs and specifications

Team Leadership: Supervise contractors, technicians, and laborers

Progress Reporting: Prepare daily reports and update project documentation

Technical Support: Resolve on-site technical issues and provide engineering solutions

Safety Compliance: Enforce strict adherence to HSE regulations and company policies

Coordination: Liaise between project managers, architects, and subcontractors

Required Skills & Software Proficiency

5+ years of site engineering experience in construction projects

Strong knowledge of AutoCAD, Revit, and BIM software

Proficiency in MS Project/Primavera for scheduling

Excellent understanding of construction methodologies and materials

Familiarity with Oman construction regulations and standards

Degree in Civil Engineering or related field
