We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Senior Designer to lead the development of impactful designs that thoughtfully balance functionality, aesthetic value, and user-centric principles.

In this role, you will play an integral part in driving innovative design solutions, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, and ensuring excellence throughout the end-to-end design process.

Responsibilities


  • Independently gather and analyze insights to prepare for projects, quickly mobilize teams or individuals, and facilitate discovery phases by utilizing research methods and adapting workshop dynamics
  • Evaluate current experiences using diverse methods, identify business value, conduct quantitative research, synthesize insights effectively, and leverage AI to uncover deeper findings
  • Participate in ideation sessions, create conceptual ideas rooted in research insights, and utilize AI for brainstorming and iterative concept refinement
  • Define users through detailed personas and user artifacts, map experiences, build information architecture, create advanced prototypes, and ensure usability across complex workflows and devices. Apply expertise in color theory, typography, layout, and visual hierarchy to craft responsive designs, ensuring strong accessibility and alignment with design system principles
  • Integrate seamlessly into development processes, establish effective design workflows, estimate project scopes, and implement human-centered design methodologies
  • Develop inclusive designs, adhere to established UX/UI patterns, articulate design rationale clearly, and optimize productivity through advanced design tools
  • Showcase exceptional storytelling abilities, foster client-centricity and strong client relationships, collaborate effectively within teams, and maintain a growth-oriented mindset
  • Contribute to team culture by attending events and sharing a point of view on design-related trends and topics


Requirements


  • 3+ years of professional design experience, with a focus on UX/UI and visual design
  • Proficiency in design tools like Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite or similar, with a demonstrated ability to build advanced prototypes
  • Expertise in user research methodologies, information architecture, and human-centered design principles
  • Knowledge of responsive design principles, accessibility standards, and best practices for cross-platform usability
  • Background in client-facing work, including presenting to stakeholders and leading collaborative workshops
  • Capability to integrate research findings, business objectives, and technical constraints into scalable design solutions
  • Skills in storytelling and communication, fostering strong relationships with both clients and internal teams
