Product Owner

Ciklum is looking for a Product Owner to join our team full-time in Ukraine.

About the role:

As a skilled and motivated Product Owner to manage our non-user-facing products, specifically focusing on integrations with ad-tech systems and our Panel Management Platform. This role requires a unique blend of technical knowledge and business insight, enabling effective collaboration with development teams and business stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

• Guide global media partners on integrating with our measurement systems
• Lead external customer/partner calls representing the Product team
• Develop and manage the Panel Management Platform for recruiting, managing panellist data, and building measurement panels
• Define and document requirements for development teams
• Manage and prioritise team backlogs in JIRA
• Lead grooming and planning sessions
• Act as a primary point of contact for support, shielding the team from distractions
• Analyse data using basic SQL skills and tools like DataBricks

Requirements:

Experience

• Potential candidates may come from backgrounds such as:
• The candidate should have +5 years of experience
• Experience in working within the Adtech industry is nice to have
• Product owners who already have experience working with non-user-facing data-heavy products
• Quality Assurance Engineer with experience in non-user-facing or data-heavy products
• Technical Specialist with a desire to move into a Product role

Hard Skills

• Technical understanding of data integrations and platform development
• Ability to formulate problems and conceptualise technical solutions
• Experience with requirement gathering and documentation
• Proficiency in using JIRA for backlog management
• Basic SQL skills for data analysis
• Familiarity with data platforms like DataBricks (beneficial)

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
• Strong leadership and facilitation skills
• Problem-solving and analytical abilities
• Ability to translate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
