Overview

A Hiring Group is seeking a highly experienced Project Manager to lead and manage Local SEO campaigns for U.S.-based service businesses. This is a strategic leadership role—not a hands-on SEO specialist position. The ideal candidate will possess in-depth knowledge of Local SEO processes and tools, complemented by strong project management and team leadership skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee Local SEO projects focused on Google My Business (GBP), citation building, local content, and website optimization.
• Manage cross-functional teams, including SEO specialists, writers, developers, and link builders.
• Ensure quality control across all deliverables and maintain consistent execution standard.s
• Track and report performance using SEO tools such as Google Search Console, BrightLocal, and SEMrush
• Communicate directly with clients, manage timelines, and prioritize multiple ongoing projects.
• Drive process improvement across Local SEO systems and team workflows
• Maintain a high standard of client communication and satisfaction

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Local SEO or digital marketing
• 3+ years in a project management or team leadership role
• Expert understanding of GBP (Google My Business), citation strategies, local content, and on-site optimization
• Skilled in project management platforms (e.g., Trello, Asana, ClickUp)
• Strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills
• Analytical mindset with ability to interpret KPIs and performance trends
• Advanced proficiency in both English and Russian with professional client-facing experience
