We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Scrum Master / Project Manager to join our Agile delivery team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for facilitating Agile practices, managing project timelines, and ensuring successful delivery of business-critical initiatives. This role requires a strong foundation in Agile methodologies, project management, and tools like Jira, with a focus on driving continuous improvement and stakeholder alignment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Facilitate Agile ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and sprint reviews.
• Collaborate with Product Owners to manage and prioritize the product backlog.
• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and resource allocations.
• Track and report on sprint progress, team velocity, and key Agile metrics using Jira.
• Identify and mitigate project risks and issues, ensuring timely resolution.
• Promote Agile best practices and coach teams to become self-organizing and high-performing.
• Act as a liaison between technical teams, business stakeholders, and leadership.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives across teams and projects.
• Mentor junior Scrum Masters and support Agile maturity across the organization.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
• 5+ years of experience in Agile project delivery
• Experience managing multiple Agile teams in a matrixed environment
• Proficiency in Jira, Confluence, and Agile reporting tools
  
  

Works in the area of Software Engineering, which encompasses the development, maintenance and optimization of software solutions/applications.1.
