Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Hyderabad for a Zonal Head at NxtWave. The Zonal Head will be responsible for leading and managing regional operations, devising strategies to achieve zonal targets, and ensuring the consistent implementation of company policies. The role involves coordinating with cross-functional teams, mentoring and guiding the zonal team, monitoring performance metrics, and driving initiatives to increase student enrollment and engagement in our programs.

Qualifications

• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Experience in developing and implementing regional strategies
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to analyze performance data and make informed decisions
• Proven experience in mentoring and guiding teams
• Knowledge of the education and technology sectors is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field
