We are seeking Network Engineers at various experience levels (Junior, Mid, Senior) to join our team. In this role, you will be instrumental in supporting the design and configuration of customized client network solutions.

Your responsibilities will include project assistance, maintenance operations, troubleshooting, and ensuring network optimization and security.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the design and configuration of tailored network solutions for clients (customer engineering).
  • Support projects through network design, configuration, commissioning, and documentation of network and security solutions.
  • Conduct routine maintenance, operational support, and implement changes as needed.
  • Monitor, analyze, and troubleshoot faults in daily business operations.
  • Ensure the optimization and design of backbone and access networks.
  • Timely execution of projects to meet customer requirements.
  • Provide 2nd and 3rd level technical support to assist other departments in project implementation.
  • Maintain independent communication with national and international partners and suppliers.
  • Provide on-call service availability 24/7.

Requirements:

  • Degree in IT or equivalent technical education; additional certifications (e.g., CCNA, CCNP) are a plus but not required.
  • Initial experience as a Network Engineer, ideally within a telecom or ISP environment.
  • Proficiency in routing, switching, and security.
  • Hands-on experience with Cisco/Juniper network systems (focus on Cisco).
  • Solution-oriented, reliable, and independent work approach.
  • Team player with a practical mindset and interest in new technologies.
  • Strong customer communication and implementation skills.
  • Fluent English proficiency. German knowledge is a plus.
  • Impeccable professional reputation.
