Are you a dynamic Project Manager with a knack for navigating complex business transformation programmes? Do you thrive in agile environments and love bringing clarity to ambiguity? We’re looking for someone just like you to join my high-profile Energy client and lead high-impact projects responding to exciting developments in ESG and the Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive (CSRD) across core business functions.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Lead projects and programmes from concept to close-down in line with business strategy.
• Translate business needs into actionable plans and deliverables.
• Manage project lifecycles, ensuring quality, cost and timeline alignment.
• Monitor project attributes and maintain up-to-date business cases.
• Define effective business processes and apply the relevant governance framework.
• Coordinate stakeholders and suppliers while delivering transformation and enterprise-level initiatives.
• Support project boards, craft materials and drive forward ESG-related change.

You will need

• Experience of working in procurement/supply chain area.
• Background of delivering large-scale projects in structured environments.
• Strong grasp of PRINCE2, APM, Agile, and Waterfall methodologies.
• Proven stakeholder management and leadership skills in matrix organisations.
• Exceptional analytical, interpersonal and communication abilities.
• Commercial awareness with a customer-first mindset.
• Experience across project planning, team energising, coaching, and board prep.
• Familiarity with CSRD, ESG initiatives, and cross-functional transformation efforts
