Full Stack JavaScript Developer I AI Start Up

Join an early-stage start-up building AI solutions & MVPs for clients across various industries. This isn’t your average dev job; you’ll move quickly, wear many hats, and build real products used by real users from day one.

As a Full Stack Developer, you’ll work across React, Node.js, and Flutter, helping launch elegant, high-performance AI-native applications. You’ll switch between codebases, collaborate with founders, and help shape MVPs that scale with ease.

🔧 What You’ll Be Doing:

• Build, test, and ship full stack applications using React, Flutter, Node.js, and TypeScript
• Collaborate with product leads, designers, and AI engineers to build real products—not endless prototypes
• Deliver clean, maintainable code across web and mobile platforms
• Work in short feedback loops to iterate fast and launch weekly (or faster)
• Connect frontend interfaces to backend APIs, Firebase services, and AI models via LangChain and custom logic

🛠 Tech Stack:

• Frontend: React, Flutter, TypeScript
• Backend: Node.js, Firebase (Auth, Firestore, Functions)
• AI: LangChain, OpenAI, Claude, custom orchestration
• Dev Tools: GitHub, GCP, CI/CD pipelines

✅ You’ll Thrive If You:

• Have 3+ years of hands-on experience with React and TypeScript
• Have built and shipped real-world web or mobile apps (not just side projects)
• Enjoy working across both frontend and backend
• Are comfortable working across multiple ventures, codebases, and user journeys
• Are Sydney-based and can join us in person 1–2 times per week (if you’d like—remote-first is fine)
