Site Reliability Engineer

Responsibilities

• Implement and manage SRE principles to maintain reliable, high-performing systems
• Use Splunk and Grafana (LGTM) to monitor and analyze system performance
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement scalable, reliable solutions
• Troubleshoot and resolve system issues to minimize downtime and user impact
• Develop and maintain documentation for system processes and operational procedures
• Participate in on-call rotations to provide 24/7 support for critical systems
• Drive continuous improvements in system reliability through automation and process optimization
  
  
  

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
• Expertise in Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) concepts and practices
• Strong experience using Splunk for log analysis and system monitoring
• Proficiency with Grafana (LGTM) for data visualization and performance monitoring
• Hands-on experience with Azure Cloud services
• Exceptional problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities
• Familiarity with containerization and orchestration tools such as Docker and Kubernetes
• Knowledge of programming or scripting languages like Python, Go, or Bash
• Previous exposure to leadership responsibilities or roles is a plus
• Fluent English skills, both written and spoken, at a B2 level or higher
