Site Reliability Engineer

Responsibilities

• Apply SRE methodologies to ensure the stability, reliability, and efficiency of systems
• Monitor and evaluate system performance using tools like Splunk and Grafana (LGTM)
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to design and implement scalable and reliable solutions
• Troubleshoot and resolve system issues to minimize downtime and user impact
• Create and maintain detailed documentation for system processes and operational workflows
• Participate in on-call rotations to provide consistent support for critical systems
• Enhance system reliability through automation and continuous process improvements
  
  
  

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
• Demonstrated expertise in Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) principles and practices
• Extensive experience with Splunk for monitoring and analyzing system logs
• Proficiency with Grafana (LGTM) for visualizing data and tracking system performance
• Hands-on experience working with Azure Cloud services
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with teams
• Familiarity with containerization and orchestration tools such as Docker and Kubernetes
• Experience with programming or scripting languages like Python, Go, or Bash
• Previous experience in leadership roles or responsibilities is an advantage
• Fluent English communication skills, both written and spoken, at a B2 level or higher
