👥 Your role in the team

• Technical responsibility for managing the backlog, sprint planning, writing user stories and coaching the team in the context of the Scrum framework
• Collaborate with clients and the sales team to gather requirements and translate them into detailed specifications and user stories
• Monitor project progress, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality solutions
• Act as point of contact for the development team, sales team and customers
• Continuously assess product performance, collect feedback, and implement improvements
• Provide clear and concise updates to stakeholders on project status, risks, and outcomes
• Stay informed about industry trends, technologies, and competitor offerings to maintain a competitive edge

Qualifications

• Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills
• Preferably understanding of the Scrum framework and agile methodologies
• Preferably a technical knowledge in software development
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in using product management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence)
• Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving abilities
• Familiarity with software development processes and technical concepts

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Product Owner or Project Manager, preferably in the aviation industry, but not a must
• Technical understanding and ability to quickly grasp new technical concepts and describe them in stories

Education

• Successfully completed education at Matura level (HTL) or higher (University, FH), preferably in the IT field or in project management
