Senior Software Engineer (Java)

Stockholm

Primarily Remote – some travel to Stockholm office

CPS Group are working with a leading Global FinTech headquartered in Stockholm. Their pioneering platform is utilised across the world.

They have an excellent opportunity for an experienced Java Software Engineer to join their growing team. We are looking for a tech-savvy coder that will implement, test and deploy technology and related microservices on a global cloud infrastructure. You will be hands-on with the code and focus on continuous delivery.

The role is primarily remote, with occasional travel (as much or as little as you would like) to the office in Stockholm.

Skills / experience:

• Strong experience within a similar Java Software Engineering role to a senior level
• Previous experience within a FinTech / FS / Banking / Payments organisation would be an advantage
• CI/CD microservice environment experience
• Full Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) - software testing / test automation / Deployment
• AWS
• Experience in building robust, scalable systems within trading, finance, or blockchain technologies is a plus
• Any knowledge of other languages such as C++, is also a benefit
• Good communicator in both verbal and written English
