We’re looking for a Threat Intelligence Manager to lead and evolve our threat intelligence function within a fast-paced and highly regulated environment. In this critical role, you’ll oversee a small team of analysts and drive the development and execution of our intelligence strategy - translating complex threat data into actionable insights that inform incident response, vulnerability management, and business risk decisions.
You’ll act as the central intelligence point, connecting with internal stakeholders, security operations, and external partners to monitor, assess, and communicate emerging cyber threats. With hands-on involvement in automation, threat modeling, and red teaming concepts, you’ll not only protect our systems but shape how RSI proactively anticipates and mitigates risk. This is a strategic, high-visibility role ideal for someone who thrives on combining technical expertise, threat hunting, and leadership to outpace attackers and support business resilience.

We’re looking for a Threat Intelligence Manager to lead and evolve our threat intelligence function within a fast-paced and highly regulated environment. What You'll Do
- Lead the Threat Intelligence function comprising of a small team of threat analysts.
- Develop and maintain threat intelligence processes and procedures.
- Collect, analyse, and disseminate threat intelligence from various sources.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to enhance threat intelligence capabilities.
- Monitor and report on emerging threats and vulnerabilities.
- Provide consumable and actionable intelligence to support incident response and risk management.
- Conduct threat assessments and produce detailed reports for senior and executive management.
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
- Develop and deliver threat intelligence awareness programs.
- Manage threat intelligence tools and technologies.
- Stay updated on the latest cyber threat trends and techniques.
- Assist with detecting and managing security incidents
- Automate repetitive tasks and streamline processes using scripts (BASH, Python, PowerShell, etc.).
- Proven experience in cybersecurity, particularly in threat intelligence, offensive security and incident response.
- Familiarity with security taxonomies such as the Cyber Kill-Chain, 7D model, Diamond Model and MITRE ATT&CK.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to quickly assess and address complex security challenges.
- A proactive attitude with a passion for learning, continuous improvement, and promoting the benefits of Threat Intelligence to the various business functions.
- Comfortable working and collaborating in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment, and readily adapt to evolving priorities.
- Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, or Information Security (or equivalent), and relevant security certifications such as GIAC GCTI, OSCP, or HtB CPTS.
- Working knowledge of tools and processes related to incident response and security operations.
- Excellent communication skills, written and verbal, to explain technical concepts to all levels of stakeholders and management, using fluent English
