Our Control Software and Cloud teams are seeking for 2 talented Senior Software Quality Engineers, to join our development team. In this role, you will contribute directly to the evolution of our cloud platform Resonance and to our control software installed to our Spark and Radiance quantum computers.
Our products are empowering exploration, research, and innovation at the forefront of quantum computing.

Our Control Software and Cloud teams are seeking for 2 talented Senior Software Quality Engineers, to join our development team. In this role, you will contribute directly to the evolution of our cloud platform Resonance and to our control software installed to our Spark and Radiance quantum computers.
Our products are empowering exploration, research, and innovation at the forefront of quantum computing.
What Will I Be Doing?
- Work as part of the development team elevating the software quality in long term.
- Identify and help to resolve software quality issues, acting on improvements that need attention on a daily basis.
- Help the team to develop and maintain a SW QA Strategy, including test plans (regression testing, alignment with requirements, automation vs manual, unit vs integration vs E2E)
- Collaborate across teams to support and nurture knowledge in effective software practices.
- Participate in developing and maintaining our automation and integrated tooling for cyber security testing.
- Contribute to process development and clear documentation.
- Strive to maintain fast feedback loops through automation.
- Help the teams to identify useful and meaningful SW Quality Metrics.
- Participate in design and code reviews.
- Hands on experience with development tools and languages such as Python, Rust, TypeScript, and React (no prior experience is required).
- Strong communication, collaboration and teamwork skills.
- Previous experience with contributing to software quality assurance at system level.
- Understanding and experience of how to build in quality early in development flow of software products.
- Experience in software development and testing for SaaS on Cloud or software solutions that are depending on hardware layer.
- Strong skills in both automated and manual testing.
- A proactive, problem-solving approach and drive for continuous learning.
- Knowledge of cyber security related standards like IEC62443 or ISO27001.
- Experience and deeper knowledge about advanced cyber security practices.
- Interest within collaboration with Product designer on UI/UX domain.
- Interest and experience towards scientific applications and high performance computing.
- Experience about simulating the hardware layer to speed up and parallelise software testing.
