Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced DevOps Lead/Platform Engineer with deep expertise in DevOps automation and cloud infrastructure to join our team working with one of the leading financial customers. The ideal candidate possesses extensive experience in AWS and Terraform, as well as a strong command of MuleSoft technologies and modern DevOps practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and implement end-to-end DevOps automation practices within the client's development environment.
• Collaborate closely with development squads to understand and address DevOps needs.
• Design, build, and maintain reliable CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins and Bitbucket.
• Develop and maintain Ansible scripts for configuration management and automation.
• Build, deploy, and manage scalable infrastructure with AWS and Terraform.
• Ensure infrastructure security, compliance, and best practices.
• Integrate MuleSoft technologies as required by project scope.
• Provide technical leadership and mentoring to other DevOps team members.
• Facilitate seamless collaboration between development, operations, and business stakeholders.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• 12 years of relevant experience in platform engineering or DevOps roles.
• Hands-on experience with AWS and Terraform (must-have).
• Extensive practical experience with:
• Jenkins
• Bitbucket
• Ansible scripting
• Proficiency with DevOps process and automation; proven track record of adding value to DevOps teams.
• Deep expertise in MuleSoft technologies, ideally at proficiency level 5.
• Solid understanding of Linux-based systems and administration.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams.
• Strong problem-solving skills and proactive attitude.
