UX Content Designer

The role:

In this role, you will use a blend of UX writing, content design, and UX/UI adjustments to optimize the user experience, guiding visitors through an intuitive and engaging shopping journey. Your work will be informed by data and user insights, with a strong focus on usability, accessibility, and performance at a global scale.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Content and UX Writing:

• Develop clear, concise, and engaging UX copy that improves user flow and encourages conversions throughout the shopping funnel.
• Create effective CTAs (calls to action) and instructional content that helps users make informed decisions and progress smoothly through the shopping experience.

1. Content Design and Structuring:

• Design, structure, and organize content to align with user needs, ensuring clarity, simplicity, and relevance.
• Collaborate with UX and design teams to incorporate content design principles that support an intuitive and cohesive user experience.

1. UX/UI Optimization:

• Partner with UI designers to make user interface adjustments that enhance usability and visual appeal, ensuring consistency across the shopping funnel.
• Implement UX best practices and apply a user-centric approach to make content more accessible and easy to navigate.

1. Data-Driven Decision Making:

• Analyze data and user insights, using tools such as Google Analytics, A/B testing, and user feedback to understand user behavior and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Regularly review and adjust content and design based on data findings, iterating to achieve optimal performance.

1. Testing and Validation:

• Conduct usability testing to validate the effectiveness of UX copy, content design, and UI changes across different platforms and devices.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure solutions are tested, accessible, and meet high usability standards.

1. Global Content Strategy:

• Develop and implement content strategies that cater to a global audience, considering regional and cultural nuances to enhance user engagement worldwide.
• Ensure that UX and content changes are scalable and adaptable for diverse user groups.

Qualifications:

• Experience: 3+ years in UX writing, content design, or UX/UI design, preferably within an e-commerce or digital product environment.
• Skills:
• Proficiency in UX writing and content design principles.
• Experience with data-driven design tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Hotjar, or similar).
• Strong knowledge of UX/UI design principles and familiarity with design tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch).
• Understanding of A/B testing, usability testing, and user feedback analysis.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
