DevOps Systems Engineering Manager

We are looking for a highly skilled DevOps Systems Engineering Manager to lead a team of experts in delivering innovative, scalable, and reliable DevOps solutions.

Responsibilities

Architect and maintain highly reliable, scalable production systems
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver cloud-based solutions
Identify and implement DevOps best practices across the team and organization
Lead efforts to optimize performance, resource utilization, and headcount growth
Guide teams in designing infrastructure as code solutions to improve automation processes
Consult and support teams working on cloud application development
Ensure the security, compliance, and resilience of all DevOps systems
Provide technical leadership and mentorship to team members
Manage relationships with external vendors to ensure high-quality deliverables
Assist in incident response and root cause analysis for production and development systems

Requirements

7+ years' experience in DevOps, Systems Engineering, or Cloud Infrastructure
Proficiency in automation tools like Terraform, AWS CloudFormation, Ansible, Chef, Puppet
Strong skills in CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, Bamboo, TeamCity) and monitoring dashboards (Datadog, Prometheus, Grafana)
Solid knowledge of scripting languages (Python, Bash, Ruby, Powershell)
Familiarity with authentication protocols and user management (LDAP, Kerberos, SAML)
Upper-Intermediate or higher level of spoken English (B2+)

Nice to have

Proficiency in cloud platforms, either AWS, Azure or GCP

Salary range €5K-€6.1K gross, based on your experience and interview results.
