Are you passionate about tackling some of the world’s most pressing challenges and excited to start your career in an international company? Siemens is looking for a student worker to join our Global People & Organization (P&O) Team. This role offers a unique opportunity to work in our office in Solna, Sweden while being a part of a global P&O team that drives significant organizational initiatives.
In this role, you will support two Business Partners: one responsible for the global finance function with a clear focus on talent management, and the other focused on Mergers & Acquisitions, particularly integration and transformation. You will engage in both long-term projects and fast-paced daily tasks, with a strong emphasis on project management within our matrix organization. Your daily interactions will involve collaborating with colleagues across the globe using English as your main language. You will work approximately 20-25 hours per week, either at our office in Solna or from home. We are aiming for a start in spring or summer 2025.

What you will do:
- Drive and support various topics and projects in the P&O area with focus on M&A (Mergers and Acquisitions) and talent management
- Preparation, facilitation and follow-ups of workshops and meetings
- Preparation of presentation materials and communication for international recipient circles
- Creation and evaluation of various reports
- Active participation in other special topics and projects in the field of people and organizational development as well as change management
- With a confident, ambitious, and solution-oriented mindset the right candidate will have the opportunity to develop into driving own topics and gain more responsibilities.
- Enrolled at any Swedish University or University of Applied Sciences in business administration, management, psychology, or comparable fields of study in the humanities with at least on year remaining of your studies!
- You have preferably had professional experience in a corporate environment or have previously worked in the P&O field (e.g., internship or working student)
- Experience in project management is preferred.
- Desire to apply theoretical knowledge in practice and to actively drive change forward.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Positive, flexible, and resilient personality with strong team orientation
- Strong written and oral communication skills in English is required.
