Microsoft Dynamics CRM Developer

We are looking for a Microsoft Dynamics CRM Developer to join our growing team and help us deliver high-impact solutions across financial and technological domains. • Delivering clean, efficient, and scalable customizations in Dynamics 365 CRM.
• Collaborating closely with business stakeholders to translate needs into technical solutions.
• Enhancing reporting and analytics capabilities using Power BI and SSRS.
• Proactively identifying areas for improvement and driving innovation in CRM workflows and data architecture.

• Customize and maintain MS Dynamics 365 CRM (Sales & Field Services).
• Collaborate with business users to gather and translate requirements.
• Implement CRM best practices and optimize workflows.
• Develop plugins, workflows, JavaScript resources, and services.
• Build dashboards and reports using Power BI and SSRS.
• Ensure performance, usability, and data security in reporting.
• Support database layer development using SQL, SSAS, and occasionally R/Python.
• Refactor legacy solutions for scalability and efficiency.

• 2+ years of experience with MS Dynamics 365 CRM (Cloud/On-prem).
• 1+ year with PowerAutomate, PowerApps & Model-Driven Apps.
• 2+ years in BI/report development (Power BI, SSRS).
• 1+ year with DAX or MDX; knowledge of SSAS and SSIS is a plus.
• Strong SQL and data modeling skills.
• Problem-solving mindset and ability to work independently.
• Experience in finance or insurance is a plus.
• Fluent in English.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
