Site Reliability Engineer

Responsibilities

• Implement SRE practices to maintain system reliability, stability, and performance
• Analyze and monitor system metrics using tools like Splunk and Grafana (LGTM)
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deliver scalable, dependable solutions
• Diagnose and resolve system issues to minimize disruptions and downtime
• Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for system operations and workflows
• Participate in on-call rotations to ensure continuous support for critical systems
• Drive improvements in system reliability through automation and process optimization
  
  
  

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline
• Proven expertise in Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) concepts and methodologies
• Extensive experience with Splunk for system monitoring and log analysis
• Proficiency in using Grafana (LGTM) for data visualization and performance tracking
• Practical experience with Azure Cloud services
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams
• Knowledge of containerization and orchestration tools like Docker and Kubernetes
• Experience with programming or scripting languages such as Python, Go, or Bash
• Previous leadership experience or exposure to leadership responsibilities is an advantage
• Fluent English proficiency, both written and verbal, at a B2 level or higher
