Site Reliability Engineer

Responsibilities

• Apply SRE principles to ensure the stability, reliability, and performance of systems
• Monitor and evaluate system performance using Splunk and Grafana (LGTM)
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design scalable and dependable solutions
• Diagnose and resolve system issues to minimize downtime and disruptions for users
• Create and update documentation for system processes and operational workflows
• Participate in on-call rotations to provide around-the-clock support for critical systems
• Drive continuous system improvements through automation and process enhancements
  
  
  

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
• Proficiency in Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) concepts and methodologies
• Extensive experience with Splunk for system monitoring and log analysis
• Strong skills in using Grafana (LGTM) for performance monitoring and data visualization
• Practical experience with Azure Cloud services
• Excellent problem-solving capabilities and keen attention to detail
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with teams
• Familiarity with containerization and orchestration tools like Docker and Kubernetes
• Knowledge of programming or scripting languages such as Python, Go, or Bash
• Previous experience with leadership responsibilities is advantageous
• Fluent English skills, both written and verbal, at a B2 level or higher
