We're looking for an AI-Driven Software Developer who thrives in fast-paced startup environments and is eager to shape the future of AI-powered products.

Your profile:

• Proactive problem-solver: You don’t wait to be told what to do—you explore, test, and iterate.
• Prompt engineering expert: You know how to craft prompts that actually perform in production.
• Builder mindset: You’ve implemented AI-powered features in real apps—MVPs, prototypes, or shipped products.
• Startup-tested: You’ve worked in a fast-paced startup environment and you thrive in it—you love the speed, the chaos, and the impact.
• API experience: You’re comfortable with OpenAI, Claude, and similar LLM APIs.
• LangGraph / LangChain: You’ve used either (or both) to orchestrate agents, chains, memory, tools, and workflows.
• Fluent in Python and JavaScript (Node and React.js).
• Experienced with TypeScript
• Business-aware: You understand that every technical decision has business implications.
• Self-learner: You’re constantly exploring improvements, tutorials, new tools, and better ways to build.
• Bonus: Experience or interest in emailing, outbound, or sales tech is appreciated.

Responsibilities:

• Building and optimizing AI-powered features inside our core platform.
• Designing and refining LangGraph workflows and multi-agent architectures.
• Experimenting with the latest tools and models to give our users a performance edge.
• Working with frontend/backend engineers to integrate AI seamlessly across our product.
• Contributing to ideation and iteration—not just execution.
