Are you passionate about leading complex projects and delivering meaningful impact?

We’re looking for a Project Manager to drive planning, execution, and delivery, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met while managing stakeholders and dependencies.

We Elevate... Your Responsibilities

• Define and apply project management methods based on program needs
• Develop proposals and project plans with clear benefits, milestones, and deliverables
• Oversee project scope, schedule, budget, and quality
• Coordinate with R&D and engineering to ensure proper staffing and sprint execution
• Ensure timely, high-quality engineering outputs across the value chain
  
  
  

We Elevate... Your Best Self

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Mechanical Engineering
• Certified in project management
• At least 5 years of project management experience
• Skilled in managing multiple projects and resource planning
• Strong track record of driving efficiency across project portfolios
• Fluent in English; good German skills preferred
