Job Description

As a Lead Mobile Developer specializing in iOS and Android, you will helm the mobile development team, steering the design, development, and enhancement of innovative mobile applications that offer engaging and seamless user experiences. Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, you will ensure the alignment of mobile strategies with business goals while enhancing app quality. As a technical leader, you will utilize your extensive experience in mobile platforms to drive technical decisions, mentor team members, and lead through innovation. The role requires juggling multiple projects and offering thoughtful insights into mobile architecture, coding best practices, and implementing new technologies. Your capabilities in overseeing full mobile development life cycles, from concept to deployment, will contribute significantly to the growth and success of our organization's mobile applications portfolio.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and development of robust mobile applications for iOS and Android.
• Manage and mentor a team of mobile developers, fostering a collaborative environment.
• Collaborate with product and design teams to understand end-user requirements.
• Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of mobile applications.
• Oversee the integration of new features and technologies into existing applications.
• Define, maintain, and enforce coding standards and best practices for the team.
• Conduct code reviews to ensure consistency, quality, and security of application code.
• Coordinate with backend developers to ensure seamless API integration.
• Research and implement state-of-the-art mobile development practices and frameworks.
• Facilitate team discussions and decisions to navigate technical challenges effectively.
• Prepare documentation for app releases and updates for both iOS and Android platforms.
• Monitor application performance and debug to optimize the user experience continuously.
  
  

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field is required.
• Proven experience leading mobile development projects for both iOS and Android platforms.
• Strong proficiency in Swift, Objective-C, Kotlin, and Java programming languages.
• Deep understanding of mobile application architecture and design frameworks.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail in complex situations.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively under pressure.
• Strong communication skills to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
