We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and discreet Personal Assistant (PA) to the CEO to join the team at a prestigious Dubai Government entity. This role requires someone with exceptional communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to manage executive-level responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-level administrative and personal support to the CEO
- Manage executive calendars, meetings, and appointments
- Prepare confidential reports, presentations, and correspondence
- Act as the primary point of contact between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders
- Organize travel arrangements and official engagements
- Ensure smooth and efficient daily operations for the Executive Office
- Handle sensitive information with the utmost confidentiality and professionalism
Qualifications & Skills
- Proven experience as a PA or Executive Assistant to C-level executives (5 to 8+ years preferred)
- Experience working within government or semi-government entities in the UAE is highly advantageous
- Excellent communication skills in English and Arabic (written and spoken)
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and business communication tools
- Discretion, loyalty, and a high degree of professionalism
