Responsibilities:

• Event Strategy and Planning: Develop event strategies aligned with the company's goals and objectives. Identify target audiences, define event themes, and create comprehensive event plans that include objectives, timelines, budgets, and logistics. Engage continuously the different global and regional stakeholders on their plans and requests
• Event Coordination: Coordinate all aspects of event logistics, including venue selection, vendor management, audio-visual requirements, catering, transportation, and accommodation. Ensure smooth event operations by coordinating with internal teams and external stakeholders.
• Event & Brand Marketing: Work closely with our internal brand and marketing teams, content creators and KOLs to build all-rounded, co-branded campaigns, create event materials, and amplify efforts across all of Bybit's and our partners' marketing channels Collaborate with the marketing team to create event-specific promotional campaigns.
• On-site Event Management: Oversee on-site event execution, including set-up, registration, audio-visual requirements, staffing, and troubleshooting. Ensure all aspects of the event run smoothly, and promptly address any issues or emergencies that may arise.
• Managing Events Operations Processes: Ensures that events procedures are seamlessly by following employees, collaborating with other employees, and ensuring Bybit's brand image is consistently delivered at the highest level.
• Post-Event Evaluation: Conduct post-event evaluations to measure the success of events against predefined objectives. Analyze attendee feedback, collect data, and prepare reports to assess ROI, identify areas for improvement, and make recommendations for future events.
• Budget Management: Develop event budgets and manage expenses throughout the planning and execution process. Monitor costs, negotiate with suppliers, and track expenditures to ensure events are delivered within budgetary constraints. Ensures billing accuracy and conducts bill reviews with the clients prior to processing the final bill.
• Local Markets Collaboration: Act as Events in-charge at a global level and play the key role of sound board and strategic partner to all local expert teams on all events and local orchestrations matters. Closely follow up on production and execution at local level.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years experience in the field of Events (agency or brand)
• Previous track record of actively driving collaboration across global/regional/local teams, ensuring constructive debate and decision making. Excellent strategic influencing skill is a must-have
• Proven project management and production experience internally and with external agencies
• You must be interested, curious and fairly knowledgeable about the crypto industry with experience in web3, blockchain, and crypto
• Strong communication skills, and experience in forming strong working relationships with marketing counterparts in paid, owned and earned disciplines, forming the basis of trust and action to move strategies from theory to reality
• Proven ability to ideate, design, structure, lead and oversee complex and multi-faceted projects
• Rigorous and self-driven with solid organizational skills
• Able to multi-task, anticipate project needs and prioritize deliverables
