About The Team

Our Infrastructure Engineering organization build and operate hyper-scale datacenters, manage the life cycle of server fleet, allocate cloud resources and create various cloud solutions, and provide infrastructure services including widely distributed Content Distribution Networks (CDNs).

The Infrastructure Platform team build and leverage various platforms and toolings to manage and interact with our infrastructures and services, including end-to-end capacity delivery, asset management, data center infrastructure management, system engineering, server fleet management, financial operation, governance, risk, and compliance, etc. To support the fast growth and improve operation efficiency, these platforms need to be feature rich, easy to use, scalable, agile and compliant to with policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Work collaboratively with engineering, UI/UX, and other cross-functional teams on cutting edge technologies to define infrastructure platforms.
• Understand the cloud and physical data center ecosystem, market, competition, and user requirements in depth.
• Evaluate industry innovations and technology platforms, and identify partnership and collaboration opportunities.
• Decompose complex solutions into iterative chunks of work, and make the difficult and high-judgment trade-offs between features and time-to-market.
• Create strategic product roadmaps, coordinate and manage the product development schedule.
  
  
  

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications

• Master’s degree (or Bachelor's degree with 3+ years of experience) in Computer Science or related engineering fields with more than 5 years experience in building/shipping cloud and infrastructure products, and familiar with product development life cycles.
• Hands-on experience in designing and managing server fleet management, server operation, system engineering or data center engineering and operation software and services.
• Experience in at least one major cloud provider's services, e.g. AWS, Azure, GCP, etc
• Experience in driving product vision, go-to-market strategy, and design discussions and experience with agile project management and tools such as Jira.
• Ability to influence multiple stakeholders without direct authority.
• Ability to articulate product requirements per the audience (high level to deep low level technical).
• Good understanding of cloud infrastructure security requirements.
