What The Role Is

What You Will Be Working On
We are looking for a self-motivated user experience designer to join the Information Services Group that leads the research, design and development of enterprise-wide ICT solutions in HDB. You will be responsible in the research and design of the end-to-end user experience for HDB’s digital services, providing thought leadership and evangelism on design thinking and human-centric design. You will have the opportunity to work in cross-functional teams to implement design ideas into prototypes and products.
What We Are Looking For
A strong background in Human Computer Interaction, Information Technology, or related field of study
Minimum 3 years of relevant experience as a UX Designer, Interaction Designer or related
Experience in planning and conducting user research (e.g., interviews, surveys, usability test), analyse quantitative and qualitative data and communicate insights
Good understanding of UX design best practices and deep understanding of mobile-first and mobile responsive designs
Good understanding of design systems and component libraries
Ability to translate complex requirements into intuitive user interfaces
Proficiency in industry-standard design tool e.g Figma
Good understanding of product development lifecycle
Strong presentation and stakeholder management skills
Strong online portfolio of past works demonstrating expertise in creating user-centric designs including concepts, wireframes, prototypes, and design systems
Good To Have

Ability to work effectively in a product team setting
Good problem-solving aptitude and an analytical mind with a business acumen
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Take ownership
Successful candidates will be offered a 1+1 year contract in the first instance. Conversion to perm is dependent on good performance.
