Trading Product Manager (CFD/Crypto)

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled CFD/Crypto Trading Product Manager with deep expertise in back-end trading mechanisms to lead the development and optimization of a multi-asset trading platform. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical understanding of margin calculations, P&L computations, auto-deleveraging (ADL) mechanisms, liquidity management, and risk controls. You will collaborate with trading, engineering, and risk teams to enhance platform performance, ensure regulatory compliance, and improve trader experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define and drive the product roadmap for CFD/crypto trading, focusing on back-end trading logic, risk management, and execution efficiency.
• Deeply understand and optimize margin calculations, P&L attribution, position management, and auto-deleveraging (ADL) mechanisms.
• Analyze trading data to identify inefficiencies, slippage, and execution risks, proposing system improvements.
• Collaborate with front-end teams to ensure accurate representation of trading mechanics (e.g., funding rates, liquidation warnings).
• Engage with liquidity providers and exchanges to optimize execution and minimize counterparty risks.
• Stay updated on industry trends, competitor products, and emerging technologies in CFD/derivatives/crypto trading.

Qualifications & Experience:

• 3+ years of experience in CFD trading, derivatives product management, or trading technology, with a strong focus on back-end mechanics.
• Deep technical understanding of:
• Margin calculations (initial/maintenance, cross-margin, isolated margin)
• P&L computation (realized vs. unrealized, FIFO vs. LIFO accounting)
• Auto-deleveraging (ADL) & liquidation engines
• Order matching & execution logic
• Experience working with trading platforms, brokers, or crypto exchanges in leveraged products.
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Mandarin to work with global stakeholders.
