Senior Flutter Developer (Remote - LAtin America)

As a Senior Flutter Developer, you'll play a key role in building a cutting-edge mobile brain training app designed to improve speed reading and cognitive performance. You'll lead efforts across mobile, backend, and frontend development to ensure seamless user experiences and high app performance. Working in a remote-friendly, fast-paced environment, you'll collaborate with marketing and development teams to collect and analyze data, optimize key features, and contribute to impactful, science-backed innovation. Accountabilities:

• Design and develop high-performance, visually appealing mobile apps for Android and iOS using Flutter and Dart
• Implement responsive UI/UX experiences, including custom animations and transitions
• Apply advanced state management solutions (Provider, Riverpod, BLoC, etc.) to ensure app scalability and maintainability
• Integrate backend services (RESTful APIs, GraphQL, Firebase) and implement secure authentication flows
• Optimize app performance through best practices in rendering, memory management, and performance monitoring
• Collaborate with backend teams to support marketing data tracking and reporting
• Participate in frontend enhancements for consistent cross-platform experiences
• Write and maintain unit, widget, and integration tests within Flutter's testing framework
• Contribute to CI/CD processes using tools like Codemagic, Jenkins, or GitHub Actions
• Actively engage in version control and collaborative workflows using Git
  
  
  

Requirements

• Extensive experience developing apps using Flutter and Dart, including strong knowledge of widget lifecycles and rendering optimization
• Proficiency in asynchronous programming, streams, and futures in Dart
• Demonstrated ability to create complex UI/UX with animations and platform-specific design responsiveness
• Strong experience with state management libraries (e.g., Riverpod, Provider, BLoC)
• Solid understanding of backend integration, authentication protocols (OAuth, JWT), and Firebase services
• Proven experience optimizing app performance and resolving bottlenecks
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple development priorities with minimal supervision
• Fluent in English (C1+), with strong communication and collaboration skills
• Comfortable with Git and CI/CD processes for Flutter applications
