Product Manager

Job Overview:

• Define and evolve the product vision for technology powered clinical trial lifecycle and operations platforms.
• Developing business cases for new product initiatives and defining success metrics for adoption, revenue, and retention.
• Partnering with Technical Product Owners (TPO) and cross-functional teams to translate strategic initiatives into clearly scoped epics and requirements.
• Responsible for building a roadmap that delivers incremental value and leads to the achievement of well-defined business objectives.
• Develops strong relationships earning the trust and respect of stakeholders and engineers.
• Contributes to product strategy and evaluates trade-offs based on a firm grasp of business and market pressures.
• Understands market, industry and customer requirements and translates those requirements into features, functions and use cases.
  
  

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Product Manager in a fast-paced life sciences environment.
• Bachelor’s degree
• Deep understanding of the clinical trial lifecycle and operations (e.g., clinical operations, site activation, feasibility, site monitoring).
• Strong collaboration and communication skills with a demonstrated ability to align diverse stakeholders.
• Experience defining process flows and user stories, business and technical requirements, and performing quality assurance activities.
• Experience working in regulated industries like healthcare or life sciences is preferred.
• Familiarity with privacy frameworks (e.g., HIPAA) and data governance best practices is a plus.
• Demonstrated project and program management experience, including working knowledge of project management and collaboration tools is a plus.
• Strong English written and verbal communication skills
